Refund policy

At Faagun, we take great care in crafting and curating each piece with love, precision, and attention to detail. Many of our items are delicate, handcrafted, and made using fine materials that require gentle handling.

Because of the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer a refund policy—this is to maintain the quality, safety, and hygiene of each item for all our customers.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. That’s why we do offer a replacement and exchange policy :

• The product arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.
• The return policy is applicable only for all unused & unworn items .
• We request that you share a 360 - degree unboxing video of parcel & product in its original packaging as proof within 24 hours when initiating a return or exchange. This helps us verify the product's condition upon delivery and ensures a smoother resolution process.
• Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non refundable in case of replacement / exchange.
• To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
• FAAGUN reserves all the rights to process exchange/replacement item after checking the returned items. 
• To start a return, you can contact us at faagun08@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

This way, we can ensure a fair and smooth process while still protecting the integrity of our delicate items.
